Ordered the wrong joint size, or decided a different style suits your rig better? Just email us at quartzbangers710@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll get you the right one.

Here's how exchanges work

You cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We cover the cost of shipping your replacement out to you. Simple as that.

The product needs to be unused and in original condition. Once we receive it, your new item ships out fast, free, and discreet from our New York facility.

Not sure what fits your rig?

Ask us before you buy. Send us a photo of your rig and we'll tell you exactly what size you need. We'd much rather help you get it right the first time than process an exchange. Get in touch.

Arrived broken?

Quartz and glass don't always survive the trip. If your order shows up damaged, send us a photo within 30 days. We'll ship a replacement right out, and you don't need to send anything back.

Prefer a refund?

If an exchange isn't what you want, that's fine too. Email us within 30 days, send the unused product back in original condition, and we'll refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving it.
