All orders are packed with care — your quartz banger is placed in a sturdy box and sealed inside an opaque gray mailer for privacy. The return label reads "QB Shipping" and ships from New York, ensuring a neutral appearance every step of the way.

We are not a dropshipping company. Every item is stocked, packed, and shipped directly by us from our New York location — no third-party fulfillment, no overseas delays like the other guys.

For billing, your credit card statement will simply show: "QUARTZ ONLINE".

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Western NY, ensuring fast U.S. delivery via USPS. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
